مؤسسة التنمية بلا حدود تقوم بتوزيع منح مشاريع صغيرة على ذوي الدخل المحدود لتقليل الفقر و البطالة في كركوك

تحت شعار "نحو مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدني في تطوير المجتمع وبناء السلام"، وبالشراكة مع المعهد الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، قامت (مــؤســســة التـنـمـيــة بــلا حـــــدود DWBI) بعقد إحتفالية توزيع منح مالية للمشاريع الصغيرة لذوي الدخل المحدود في حي الواسطي ومعرض صور نشاطات مشروع (مبادرة المصالحة و بناء السلام في كركوك)، بـدعـم مـن مكتب الأمم المتحدة لخدمات المشاريع UNOPS بتمويل من بتمويل من جمهورية ألمانيا الإتحادية، بتاريخ 24/3/2010 على قاعة مركز تأهيل المعوقين في حي الواسطي بمدينة كركوك - العراق.

وحضر الاحتفالية المهندس جمال شكر مدير بلدية كركوك بالإضافة الى وجهاء حي الواسطي.
في البداية ألقى السيد محمد علي بابا - مدير(مؤسسة التنمية بلا حدود DWBI) كلمة بإسم المؤسسة المنظمة للاحتفالية و رحب بمدير دائرة بلدية كركوك و ووجهاء حي الواسطي و قدم عرضا عن الغرض من تقديم هذه المنح من خلال التطرق الى أهداف و هي تنمية القدرة الاقتصادية لأفراد المجتمع في حي الواسطي من خلال زيادة دخل أفراد المجتمع  من أجل إنشاء بيئة مبشرة ببناء طويل الأمد للسلام والمصالحة بالإضافة الى تقليل أعداد العاطلين عن العمل و تخفيف حدة الفقر و دعم العوائل الفقيرة 
و من ثم ألقى المهندس جمال شكر مدير بلدية كركوك كلمة مشيرا الى أهمية مثل هذه النشاطات في دعم المواطنين ذوي الدخل المحدود و مساعدتهم على إعالة عوائهم.
بعدها ألقى السيد شهاب أحمد أحد وجهاء حي الواسطي كلمة بإسم وجهاء الحي و الذي قدم شكره بإسم أهالي حي الواسطي للخدمات التي قدمتها مؤسسة التنمية بلا حدود لمنطقتهما من أجل تخفيف عن مشاكل المواطنين و معاناتهم.
بعدها تفقد السيد مدير بلدية كركوك مع الوجهاء معرض الصور لجميع نشاطات مشروع (مبادرة المصالحة و بناء السلام في كركوك).
و من ثم تم توزيع مواد المشروع على الفائزين بالمشاريع الصغيرة بإشراف السيد جمال شكر و الذي قدم تهانيه للفائزين بالمشاريع و دعاهم الى الاستفادة من هذه المنح من أجل زيادة دخلهم و تنمية قدراتهم الاقتصادية لهم و لمنطقتهم.
و قال السيد محمد علي بابا بأنه تم تخصيص 11 ألف و 250 دولار لتمويل 15 مشروع صغير لذوي الدخل المحدود بواقع 750 دولار لكل مشروع منها 8 مشاريع فردية و 7 مشاريع جماعية (شراكة) و عدد المشمولين هم 22 شخص (13 امرأة و 9 رجال) و يبلغ المجموع الكلي لأفراد عائلات المشمولين 123 شخص. أما الحالة الزوجية: 17 متزوج و 1 أرملة و 4 أعزب
و أما نوعية المشاريع فهي: 8 مشاريع إنتاجية متنوعة:
●      محل استنساخ
●      محل تصوير فيديو
●      محل حدادة
●      محل سباكة
●      محل بنجرجي "تصليح إطار السيارات"
●      عمل بستاني
●      محل بيع مأكولات
●      أسواق مواد الغذائية
●      مشاريع خياطة (سبعة مشاريع خياطة)
و تم تزويد 76 مادة على 15 مشروع منها:

 2- مكائن: 24 مكائن خياطة (10 ماكنة خياطة كهربائية صناعية، 10 ماكنة أوفر، 4 ماكنة خياطة كهربائية تطريز)، 2 ماكنة لحام ديزل (ماكنة لحيم مع مولدة)، ماكنة كومبريسر هوائي كهربائي ومولدة كهربائية، ماكنة لقطع الأشجار،  

 و الجدير بالذكر أن تنفيذ هذه النشاطات يأتي ضمن مشروع (مبادرة المصالحة و بناء السلام في كركوك) بتنفيذ من قبل مؤسسة التنمية بلا حدودDWBI  و بالشراكة مع المعهد الوطني لحقوق الإنسان و بدعم من مكتب الأمم المتحدة لخدمات المشاريع UNOPS و بتمويل من الجمهورية الألمانية الإتحادية. و المشروع يساهم في بناء السلام الدائم والمستقر بين مكونات المجتمع في كركوك
و أشار السيد بابا بأن الأسباب وراء اختيار حي الواسطي هو: الكثافة السكانية الكبيرة للمنطقة، و التي تبلغ حوالي 62376 نسمة، التعدد القومي والمذهبي والديني لأهالي المنطقة إذ تجد فيهم : العرب، الكورد، التركمان، الكلدان و السريان من القوميات والشيعة والسنة من المذاهب و الأغلبية المسلمة مع الأقلية من الديانة المسيحية، بالإضافة الى افتقار المنطقة الى المشاريع التنموية، تعرض المنطقة الى عمليات إرهابية في الفترة الماضية. و يعتبر حي الواسطي إحدى أحياء منطقة جنوب مدينة كركوك و التي تعاني من مشاكل كثيرة- اقتصادية اجتماعية بيئية صحية تربوية سياسية أمنية- مترابطة و ذات تأثير سلبي على جميع قطاعات وفئات المجتمع و في خلق حالة من توتر و نزاع فيها مما تسبب في وجود استقرار هش فيها. 1- أجهزة: 6 جهاز مولدة كهربائية، جهاز كاميرا تصوير فيديو، جهاز استنساخ، جهاز (طابعة- استنساخ- سكانر)، جهاز ثلاجة عامودية عارضة، جهاز مجمدة كهربائية، جهاز طباخ غازي، 4 جهاز مكوى بخاري كهربائي 3- مواد أخرى: صندوق حفظ المواد، مواد محل بنجرجي (مضخة زيتي، مضخة ترابية، مضخة دهنية، مقاس هوائي، قطع حديدية، انبوب هوائي، كوسرة هوائية، مساكة هوائية)، 4 طاولة مكوى

 
Development Without Borders DWBI Distributes Small Projects Fund Among Low-Income People to Elevate Poverty & Unemployment in Kirkuk

   Under the theme "towards a contribution of civil society organizations in community development and peace-building", in partnership with NIHR, Development Without Borders Institution DWBI holds a ceremonial distribution of small projects fund to low-income people in Al-Wasti neighborhood within the project (Reconciliation & Peace-Building Initiative in Kirkuk), supported by United Nations Office for Project Services UNOPS & funded by Federal Republic of Germany, on 24/3/2010 at Hall of Centre for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Al-Wasiti neighborhood at south part of Kirkuk city - Iraq.
   The event was attended by Mr. Jamal Shukur, the Director of Kirkuk Municipality, in addition to the influential persons of Al-Wasti neighborhood.
   Initially started with a speech by Mr. Mohamed Ali Baba - Director of Development Without Borders Institution DWBI) on behalf of NGO organizing the ceremony and welcomed the Director of the Director of Kirkuk Municipality, and influential persons of Al-Wasti neighborhood and made a presentation on the purpose of providing this small project fund by addressing the goals, which is the development of economic capacity of community members in this neighborhood through increasing the income of community members in order to create an environment propitious for long-term peace-building and reconciliation by supporting quick impact initiatives directed to all the community members including - youth, women, religious and ethnic minorities, displaced, returnees  and those injured and/or disabled by conflict in addition to reducing the numbers of unemployees and alleviating poverty and support for poor families.
   And then Mr. Jamal Shukur, the Director of Kirkuk Municipality, gave a speech referring to the importance of such activities in support of low-income citizens.
   Then Mr. Shihab Ahmed, one of influential persons of Al-Wasiti, gave a speech on behalf of influential persons who gave thanks on behalf of the people of Al-Wasti neighborhood to DWBI for providing services in order to alleviate the problems of citizens and their suffering.
   Then materials were distributed to the winners of the small projects fund under where the items of the fund have been handed out by Director of Kirkuk Municipality, who thanked and congratulated the winners of small projects fund and encouraged them to take advantage of this fund in order to increase their income and their economic development for them and for their neighborhood.

   Mr. Mohamed Ali Baba had made a statement that $11.250 have been allocated by UNOPS & Federal Republic of Germany to finance 15 small projects for low-income people by allocating $750 per project, including 8 individual projects and 7 partnership projects while the number of beneficial granted persons are 22 people (13 women & 9 men) and as a result a total of 123 family members of 22 granted persons will benefit from these projects. The Marital Status of these granted persons were: 17 Married, 1 widow and 4 single

   As the quality of the projects are:
●     8 projects diverse production:
copy machine shop, video camera shop, blacksmith shop, plumbing shop, repairing tires of car, gardener, sandwich shop, selling food staff market,
●     Sewing projects (7 sewing projects)
While 76 materials and items were provided within 15 projects, including:
1 - Equipment: 6 power generator, a video camera, a photocopy machine, a 3-in-1 (printer - copy - Scanner), vertical refrigerator, frozen refrigerator, a gas cooker, 4 electric ironing device
 2 - Machines: 24 sewing machines (10 electric industrial sewing machine, 10 Over sewing machine, 4 electric embroidery sewing machine), 2 welding Diesel machine (welding machine with generator), air-compressor machine attached with power generator, machine for cutting trees with power generator

3 - Other materials: box for saving materials, materials for repairing tires of car shop (oil pump, soil pump, geese pump, air gage, metal bar, air tube, Kosra, Air hand), 4 table for ironing

This fund is part of the activities of the project (Reconciliation & Peace Building Initiative in Kirkuk), which is implemented by Development Without Borders Institution DWBI, in partnership with National Institute of Human Rights, with the support of United Nations Office for Project Services UNOPS & funded by Federal Republic of Germany, which aims to contribute to building a stable and lasting peace between components of society in Kirkuk.
 
  Mr. Baba stated that the reasons behind the selection of Al-Wasti neighborhood in south part of Kirkuk city to implement the project is: densely populated area, which is about 62,376 people, multi-ethnic, sectarian and religious people of the area as you find them: Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen, Chaldeans, Assyrians as ethnic groups, Shia and Sunni sects and Muslim majority with the minority of the Christian religion, in addition to the lack of the area to development projects, and the area witnessed terrorist attacks in the last period.
Al-Wasti neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods in south part of Kirkuk city, which suffers from countless problems -economic, social, environmental, health, educational, political, security- that is interrelated and has a negative impact on all sectors and ethnic groups in the community, in addition to creating a state of tension and conflict causing the presence of fragile stability.
