Fatimah Mahar is suffering from cerebral atrophy.  Her health is dependent on her having a regular supply of medicated milk, to which she has responded positively, and her general well being is improving.  This is in addition to the costly medicines prescribed for her condition. 

The girl's mother cannot afford to purchase this specialized milk due to its exorbitant price, nor is she able to buy the prescribed medicine for her which, if continued, would gradually improve her condition.

In desperation, her mother visited Al-Bayaa Centre in search of sympathetic folk who could support the cost of this expensive treatment and help Fatimah to lead as normal a life as possible.
