Gtayaat Centre started distributing food baskets to the needy families including the displaced families with financial hardship in December 2014. The total number of families was 110 which included 76 from Grayaat district and 34 displaced families. The fund for the above was donations from 86 people including Mr Shakiry the Chairman of this charity.
