As part of the regular inspection visits carried out by the staff of Najaf Centre to assess the wellbeing of the orphans registered with the centre, the staff visited the family of Mrs Nazeela Sultan Abood.

Mrs Abood lives in Radhawiya District in one room with her five children.

Three of the children currently attend school.  However the remaining two children had to be taken out of school because she could not provide school supplies for them.

The family’s accommodation is unsuitable for decent living and they are in desperate need of the following appliances:

1. Fridge £150  (approx IQD 270,000)
2. Cooker £100 (approx IQD 180,000)
3. Air cooler £125 (approx IQD 225,000)
4. Fan £25 (approx IQD 54,000)
