The staff of Basra Citizens Care and Advice Centre paid an inspection visit to Mr. Aqeel Ahmed Alaidani who was a fighter in the Popular Crowd Forces (Alhasd Al-Shaabi). Aqeel Ahmed Alaidani was wounded as a result of a gunshot to the head. This has resulted in a severe disability. He is suffering from weakness in the nerves and movement imbalance which has left him unable to earn a daily living.
This man is a husband and father of three children who now live in one room. He and all his family of five members are from a poor background in Aboal khasab area. Before joining the Popular Crowd, he worked at a water refinery. The injury has deprived him of the ability to earn a living and carry out simple work tasks.
We reach out to the hearts of compassionate people to help this man as much as possible in order to relieve his concerns about his children, who are in urgent need of many necessities, plus his own medical requirements.
