The staff of the Najaf Center recently visited the family of Fadhila Hadi Jali who lives in Kufa and lost her husband in a terrorist explosion in 2006. The terrorist explosion had specifically targeted construction workers.
Fadila supports five children, three girls, and two boys. They live together in one room in a house which belongs to her in-laws. Fadila pays her in-laws IQD 100,000 (£ 63.00 approx) per month. They have threatened to throw her and the children out if they fail to pay the rent on time. The children are all in school. Fadila works hard to keep a roof over her children's’ heads, and support with the rental would be appreciated. Apart from this, their needs are:
A fridge that costs IQD 200,000 (£ 125.00 approx)
A stove that costs IQD 150000,000 (£ 94.00 approx)
