Noor Hussam Fawzi is 11 years old and is a student in year five.

Noor suffers from scoliosis, a condition in which the spinal axis is curved causing a three-dimensional deviation. Noor needs help to carry out surgery.   In addition she needs money to buy crutches which will improve her health condition.

This girl’s family do not have the amount of money for the surgery Noor needs to undertake and they do not have the money to purchase her crutches.

Her father is jobless. Sometimes he finds casual work as a construction worker with a daily pay, but in general he barely meets the needs of his family. 

The family comprising of 11 individuals live in a house that is 75 meters square.  In desperation, they have approached our Centre seeking financial help and support.

You can help Noor and her family by:

-       Donation towards the cost of the surgery, which costs approximately £600.00 (1,000,000 Iraqi dinars)

-       Donation towards the cost of a set of crutches which costs approximately £300.00 (450,000 Iraqi dinars)
