Mother of three orphans needs a kind benefactor

Staff from Basra Branch visited the family and widow Shireen N. KH. They  found that she is responsible for the care of her three orphans following the death of her husband in an accident. Shireen faces the bitterness and burdens of the responsibilities of life.

One of her children is disabled following an accident where his fingers were cut off.

The widow lives in a house which she inherited.  The house lacks the most basic necessities, which she is unable to provide and purchase due to her poverty. The family’s living conditions are harsh. They do not have any financial income or benefit except for some help they receive from kind benefactors.  This  is not enough to meet their needs.

To help this family, they need:

• Ongoing orphan sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx. £15) per month for each orphan (x3).
• A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £95) to buy a television.
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £125) to buy a cooker.

Staff from the branch and the widow's family seek a helping hand to overcome life’s difficulties.
