Born in 2011, Noor Saif suffered from Cerebral Atrophy after birth and was diagnosed nine months after her birth.

So far Noor has taken preliminary treatments and was unable to receive full medical treatment, due to her parents lack of ability to afford the expenses required for her treatment, which would cost the poor family IQD550000/month aproximately £290.

Noor’s mother visited the Advice Centre searching for someone to help her in providing adequate treatment for her child.

In return the Citizen Advice Centre calls upon our generous brother and sisters to provide a helping hand to help Noor through her calamity.
