Baghdad - Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Al-Bayaa branch).
On the 5 & 6/5/2013, the Citizens' Advice And Care Centre's staff distributed, as part of the Poor Families Relief Programme, financial aid and electrical apparatus to fifteen families of widows and orphans. They were donated to them by an anonymous benefactor after he requested the Centre's staff to perform a field survey of every case to verify that these families really were in need of this aid.
Answering to his request the Centre's staff made field visits to view the conditions of these families and to register their essential needs. These families are from the Baghdad districts of Al-Forat, Al-Jihad, Al-Bayaa, Al-Amal, and Al-Allawi.
The total amount of cash to the needy families was: 3,825,000 Dinars.
In addition, the value of electrical apparatus totaled: 1,485,000 Dinars, which was used to buy three refrigerators, two air-conditioners, and a gas cooker.
What follows are the names of the widows (head of a family) who received the aid mentioned:

2. Shaima' Naji widow 225,000
3. Abair Yaha orphan 375,000
4. Hana' Kamal widow 225,000
5. Madihah Mahamoud widow 300,000
6. Adhra' Kamal widow 300,000
7. Nadhal Atiwi widow 300,000
8. Nawal Sami widow 525,000
9. Sana' Hussein widow 150,000
10.Salama Salaman widow 300,000
11.Rasalah Jabar widow 300,000
12.Fawziah Waradi widow 300,000
13.Salaimah Hamadi widow air-conditioner and refrigerator
14.Antasar Mahamoud widow air-conditioner, refrigerator and cooker
15.Nada Hamid widow 150,000 and refrigerator
Another well-wisher from outside Iraq donated 150,000 Dinars through the Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Sadr City branch). The generous donor recommended that it be given to the boy Hassan Younis whose appeal was published previously. The sum was delivered to the boy's mother the next day Wednesday.
