Sadr City Centre, in cooperation with women representatives from the city, distributed school uniforms and school bags to 40 children from needy families. The total value of the distributed goods amounted to 800,000 IQD (approx £421)

The families expressed their gratitude to the donors especially as the new school term was approaching, and they had been unable to buy the necessary school clothing and bags for their children due to financial hardships.
