The patient, Ababs Jawad Habib and the staff of Grayaat Citizens Advice and Care Centre acknowledge with thanks the kindness and generosity of Mr. Simon Deeley, who on 28/10/2015 donated an amount of IQD 127,500 (approx £75) to provide for his monthly medication.

Ababs Jawad Habib suffered several heart attacks, and as a result, thereof requires ongoing medication.
