Najaf Citizens Advice and Care Centre is grateful to Mr. Dan Marashi who donated an amount of 1,000,000 IQD (approx. £665) as a gift to the families of the orphans and martyrs of the homeland.

Upon receipt of the donation, the Branch hastily began processing the donation through the Shakiry Charity Shops to coincide with the Eid Festival.  Each Orphan was given Vouchers to the value of 25,000 IQD (approx. £17) to buy Eid clothing.

The respective families were contacted and invited to the Centre to celebrate Eid. A total of 40 children/orphans attended the happy occasion.

The staff of the branch and beneficiary families extended their thanks and appreciate all those who contributed and made this a memorable occasion for the children.
