Staff from branch recently paid a visit to Hind in Shehdan.  They discovered that ever since her husband died defending the homeland, her and her son have been enduring very difficult health conditions.

This lady provides for her five orphans, aged 6-11 years, and is struggling to afford for them to attend their studies.

The poor family lives in a rented house with a monthly rental of 100,000 IQD (Approx £60). The mother is burdened with suffering from a toxic gland, whilst her son suffers from chronic eczema.

She receives a pension of 700,000 IQD (Approx £420).  With this money she pays the rent, basic living costs, schooling, food, treatment and medical costs, as well as providing for her father-in-law.

This family needs: -

- Regular Monthly Orphan Sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (Approx £15) for each orphan.

- A Donation of 50,000 IQD (Approx £30) to cover the monthly cost of  medication.

- A once off Emergency Donation in the amount of 150,000 (Approx £90) for medical analysis and treatment for her son
