Staff from Basra branch visited the home of the widow, Wahida Nasser Obeid.  She lives in a house with her three orphaned children aged between 11-15 years.

This family are living in absolute poverty.  Their home lacks the simplest basic household appliances. They do not have a proper cooker and use a dangerous, old, unhealthy oil burner.  They receive no support from family or neighbours.

Wahida desperately seeks the below support: -

- Monthly sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx £15) for each child.

- A donation of 160,000 IQD (approx £95) to buy a cooker.

- A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx £120) to buy a refrigerator.

Staff from Basra Branch appeal to all good brothers to help this poor widow who is in desperate need of help.
