Staff of Bayaa branch visited the family of Kawther.  They found her living with her family in a single room lacking the most basic elements of normal life.

The mother does not have the money to provide for her sick child who is 10 years old, and suffers from autism. She receives no fixed income, but gets a social welfare benefit of 195,000 Iraqi dinars (approx. £122) every two months, which is insufficient to meet the requirements of daily living and to pay for treatment and medication for the sick child.

Kawther urgently needs: -

-          monthly medical sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx £32)  to pay for the  treatment –

-          a cash donation of 150,000 IQD (approx £95) for the child’s immediate needs.
