Mrs. Hayat Mk is 51 years old and suffers from cancer, heart disease, diabetes and hypertension. Her husband died four months ago, the late Khalef Sajet Maz'aal, who sent a distress call last year on the following Arabic link:
Branch of Sadr City: (Can anyone answer the call of someone forced to appeal for help) A sick man appeals to the people of compassion and generosity.

Mrs Hayat lives in tragic circumstances. She does not have a place to live in after being evicted from the house where she and her husband lived after a delay in paying rent for two months. Her 15-year-old daughter was married, but her husband abandoned her and left her with their eight month old son.
She now lives with her mother in a house rented by one of the benefactors for just one month.
Mrs Hayat has knocked on all the doors, hoping to find someone who can stand by her, her daughter and her grandson in these difficult circumstances so that they do not find themselves homeless.
This is a call to all good people to extend a helping hand by providing them with:
- A financial assistance worth 100K IQD, (£65) to buy medicine.
- 150K IQD (£100) towards rent.
This lady does not have any support or source of income because the assistance she was receiving from social welfare, has been suspended after her husband's death.
