This is a further urgent and desperate appeal for support from Mr. Ihsan F. He has special physical needs, and his family are living in poverty and disease.
Staff of Grayaat Branch undertook a follow up visit to this poor family living in Diyala Province in order to further assess the family’s needs in terms of living and health conditions. They met once again with the head of the family, Mr. Ihsan, F,
This poor father supports a wife and their six children. He was injured in a hit and run road accident resulting in a leg injury which has hampered his movement and ability to work.
This family lives in a remote village. The house they live in lacks many basic and necessaryhousehold provisions. In addition, the house is incomplete and does not protect them from either heat or cold.
This family is desperately in need of: -
- On-going Medical sponsorship for the father of 50.000 IQD (approx. £35) per month to pay for the medication he requires.
- A donation of 500.000 IQD (approx. £335) to repair the roof of the house before the onset of winter.
- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £ 165) to buy a refrigerator.
- A donation of 200.000 IQD (approx. £135) to buy a wardrobe. (At the moment, the family uses an old and dysfunctional refrigerator to keep their clothes.)
- A donation of 200.000 IQD (approx. £135) to buy clothes and other necessities for the children.
Staff from the branch, and the members of this family are calling upon people of righteousness and charity to help them out of poverty, disease and destitution.
