BAGHDAD 

The branch staff paid a field visit to the family of the father Muhammad Sh.S who was found to be suffering from destitution and illness.

This poor father has suffers from a slipped disc in his back, diabetes and the effects of  internal abdominal operations.

As head of the family, Muhammad used to work for a daily wage but had to leave work because of illness. He has five children to support, three of them still at school. 

This impoverished family live in a small house not exceeding 30 square meters.  There is no breadwinner, and their only source of income comes from selling frozen juices from their home. 

This family needs: -

- An ongoing monthly sponsorship of 50.000 IQD (approx. £35) to provide treatment for the sick father.

- A donation of 225.000 IQD (approx. £150) to buy a washing machine.

- A donation of 225.000 IQ (approx. £150) to buy a cooker.

- A donation of 100.000 IQD (approx. £65) to buy blankets and food.

The staff of the branch and family appeal to the kindness people for help.
