Dear Supporters of Shakiry Charity
Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity takes pleasure in announcing that our annual charity Iftar will be held during the holy month of Ramadan at Dar Al-Islam Foundation in London.
The evening’s programme will include a reading from the Koran, religious songs, poetry recitals, tributes and a raffle.
Each year during Ramadan we work vigorously to raise money to provide and distribute Food Baskets to the poor and hungry families registered with our Citizen Care and Advice Branches in Iraq.
The money received through the sale of tickets to attend our Ramadan Iftar, general donations received during the month of Ramadan, and donations received at the event from raffle tickets and the like, will all contribute to Food Baskets to feed the needy.
We hope that you will be able to join us on this auspicious occasion.
