Grayaat Branch

On 30/03/2019 a destitute Salwa S. J. visited our Grayaat Branch.  She arrived in a heart-breaking desperate condition, imploring the Branch staff and good people to help her.

Salwa lives with her sick husband, Star Abd al., who is disabled and unemployed due to his illness.  According to the medical report which she presented, her husband suffers from allergic asthma with pulmonary fibrosis, hypertension and malfunction of the coronary arteries

They have a 12 year-old daughter who attends school.

This woman, and her family are in urgent need of financial support. Salwa is living an extremely difficult life, facing constant expenditure to treat her sick husband.

She urgently needs:

-  A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £100) to pay for medical treatment and to buy medicine

-  A donation of 100,000 IQD (approx. £65) to buy vital foodstuffs and take care of other needs
