Ramadan Iftar Invitation
Ladies and gentlemen, supporters of excellent philanthropic and social work, Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity, takes pleasure in informing you of our annual Iftar which will take place during the blessed month of Ramadan at Dar al-Islam Foundation in London.
During the month of Ramadan our charitable work is focused on raising funds for the purpose of distributing Food Baskets to the many destitute families registered at the Charity’s Branches throughout Iraq. The successful outcome of this Ramadan programme will only be possible through the participation and contribution of our valued Supporters and Donors.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us in celebrating Iftar on Sunday, 12th May 2019. We hope that you will join us. An adult ticket price is £35. This amount resembles the cost to provide one family with a Ramadan Food Basket. All income derived from the sale of tickets will be allocated to Ramadan Baskets to feed the needy.
The program for the evening will include poetic poems, cultural competitions, tribute(s), an auction and raffle.
