In desperation Mona H L approached Sadr City Branch for support having endured endless difficulties trying to take care of, and provide for her children and disabled husband.

This family have tolerated very difficult circumstances both in their day to day living conditions as well as health related.  They are entirely dependent on a very basic pension which her husband receives, and which is inadequate to provide for their needs.

The youngest son (Mustafa) suffers from cerebral palsy and severe epilepsy, needing constant treatment and medicinal milk.  The other children also suffer from the same disease, which worsens as they get older.  And, Mona’s husband has a foot disability.

Their dwelling is not fit for habitation.  It is continually damp and bad smells emanate from it.

They urgently need:

Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx.... £35) for each person

Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx.. £35) to pay for treatment and purchase medicinal milk

A donation of 100,000 IQD 9approx. £ 70) to pay for medical expenses the children
