Sadr City Branch:

The widow Raghad K.G lives with her five orphans in a home that she inherited from her deceased husband’s family. The children’s ages range from 7 to 12 years old.  There are three daughters and two sons, and all of them attend school. 

One of the boys suffers from a condition that affects the blood. 

There is no breadwinner in this family.  Their only source of income comes from a social welfare benefit for the mother.

 This family needs: 

1. A donation of 25.000 IQD (approx. £18) for each child (x5) to pay for school provisions.

2. A sponsorship of 50.000 IQD (approx. £35)to pay for regular monthly medication and treatment.

3. A donation of 150.000 IQD (approx. £105) to buy a cooker.

The staff of the branch and the widow appeal to benevolent and compassionate people to extend a helping hand and assist this family.
