The branch staff paid a follow up visit to the widow, Samira M.R, who lives with her three orphans in a rundown house, built without planning permission.
 
This widow has no fixed income except for a small pension and some help she receives from benevolent people.
 
This family desperately needs: -
 
- Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 50.000 IQD (approx. £35) for her orphaned daughter.
 
- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £180) to start a small project to earn income buying and selling things from home.
 
- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £180) to buy a refrigerator.
 
 
Branch staff and the widow appeal to people of charity to extend a helping hand to this family.
