Branch staff visited the family of a forsaken woman, Fatima S J who suffers difficult living conditions.

This divorcee was left to provide for her three children, aged between 10 to 16 years, following abandonment by her husband.  The family has no income except for the aid of good brethren, which is not enough to cover their living needs.

Fatima suffers from an illness that resulted in the removal of her gallbladder, and she requires ongoing monthly treatment.

The family lives in a shanty dwelling lacking basic necessities. They need:

- A monthly sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £35) to buy foodstuffs

- A donation of 165,000 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a cooker

- A donation of 195,000 IQD (approx. £ to buy a washing machine

Branch staff beseech those of good hearts to extend a helping hand to this destitute family, so they may overcome life's difficulties.
