Shakiry Charity Winter Humanitarian Campaign to provide winter warmth necessities.

As the cold winds of winter howl outside our windows, when frequent downpours bring a chill to our doorsteps, and our the winter sun grows weaker, we need to spare a thought those less fortunate than ourselves – hungry, destitute people who have no money to buy food, warm clothes, or blankets, or heat up their draughty homes.

Shakiry Charity together with its branches in Iraq, has embarked on our annual humanitarian campaign to provide winter relief to destitute families, orphans, the poor and the sick.

Our Charity aims to distribute food and clothing vouchers to families registered with our branches in Iraq.  We aim to reach out to more needy people this year with winter clothing, blankets, heaters, bedding etc, to see them through the cold winter.

We are hoping that this message will touch the hearts of those more fortunate who will donate £35 (equal to 50,000 IQD) to a family in need in order to relieve their winter suffering.
