Staff from the Branch made a second inspection visit to the family of the widow Hassouna.KH. 

They found that she lives with her married daughter.  She has another daughter who has suffered from dumbness since birth due, attributed to the shock of the mother subsequent to losing her husband in an incident in the River Jassim.

This elderly widow and has no source of income apart from a small pension, which is not enough to meet the needs of the family for food and clothes.

This family needs:

A Donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £105) to buy an air cooler.

A sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £35)per month, to support the family's needs.

The Branch Staff and the Widow appeal to people of charity to extend a helping hand to them.
