Staff from Bayaa Branch paid a follow up visit to the poor widow, Salwa A to assess her living conditions.  They found that she was still living in one room (in a house belonging to other people) together with her young daughter who continues with her studies.

This mother and daughter have no fixed income except for a minimum social benefit which they receive every two months, which is insufficient to meet their needs

This family desperately needs:

A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £105) to buy a cooker.
