Najaf Branch:

Staff from the branch visited the family of Mrs.Safira M.H.  They found that she was living under difficult circumstances together with her four orphans, one of whom had to leave school to sell bags to earn an income.

This widow and her orphans live in simple rented accommodation that lacks many basic necessities. The family has no resources other than help from kind benefactors and a social welfare grant of 330,000 IQD (approx. £228) which is insufficient to meet their necessary requirements.

This family needs:

- Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx. £20) for each orphan (x4)
- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £170) in order to buy a refrigerator.
- A donation of 175000 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a washing machine.

The branch staff appeal to benevolent people to lend a helping hand to this lady in support of her orphans.
