Staff from Najaf Branch visited the family of the widow, Hanaa J.K, who has been living in a dilapidated house with her children since her husband died from Covid19.

This family lives under very meagre conditions.  They cannot buy the minimum essential commodities in life. They have no income source other than the Social Security assistance which Hanaa receives, which is not enough to pay for their needs.

The widow suffers from diabetes and Spondylolisthesis. Her orphans are continuing their studying. This family visited the branch headquarters to explain their conditions and to appeal for benefactors to lend a helping hand. 

This family needs:

• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £115) to buy a washing machine.
• A donation of 150.000 IQD (approx. £85) to buy mattresses and covers.
• A donation of  50.000 IQD (approx. £30) to buy an oil heater.
