Mother appeals to charitable people for help

Staff from Bayaa Branch visited the family of Raneen, A.  They found that she lives in a rented apartment costing 200,000 IQD ( approx. £115 ) per month.  The flat is devoid of several basic necessities.

Raneen’s husband abandoned her, leaving her solely responsible to provide for their daughter.  The daughter is continuing with her studies at school.  Raneen earns a living by washing clothes and mattresses in order to earn money and provide food for the family.

This family is in urgent need of :

• A donation of 250,000 IQD ( approx. £140 ) to buy a washing machine.
• A donation of 100,000 IQD ( approx. £60 ) to provide some food and blankets.

Staff from the branch and the family appeal to the people of righteousness and charity to extend a helping hand.
