Young Mother of 4 appeals to considerate Donors

Among the field visits carried out by the staff of Bayaa Branch, was a visit to the family of Noor, K.   They found that she lives in an abandoned house together  with her sick husband and four children, who all attend school.

Noor’s husband suffers with a spinal cord injury that has rendered him 80% disabled for his construction worker job, as he can only move about with great difficulty.

Noor has no source of income, and does not receive a social security benefit.  She is reliant on the support she receives from generous people.

This family needs: 

• Ongoing monthly medical sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) to Pay for her husband’s treatment.
• A donation of 400,000IQD  (approx. £230) to buy a sewing machine so that Noor can earn some money through sewing.
• A donation of 100,000 IQD (approx. £60) to purchase for the childrens’ needs.

Staff of the branch and the family appeal to kind hearted people to help them overcome the difficulties of  life which they are facing.
