Desperate father appeals to good people for help

Staff from Bayaa Branch visited the family of Mr. Mohammed, K. 

Mohammed, his wife and their two children live in a single room in his family’s home.  The house lacks the basic essentials in life.  This house offers no protectection from either the cold of winter or the heat of summer.  When it rains the house leaks, and has been completely flooded on occasion.

This desperate family has no fixed income except for an irregular wage which the father    earnswhen he finds an opportunity to work.

This family is in need of:

• A donation of 500,000 IQD (approx. £300) to upgrade their electricity supply and buy appliances.
• A donation of 250,000 IQD (approx. £145) to buy a washing machine.
• A donation of 100,000 IQD (approx. £60) to buy blankets and mattresses.
• A donation of 100,000 IQD (approx. £60) to buy provisions for the children
