Widow Appeals to kind Benefactors to extend a Helping Hand

The staff of the branch visited the family of the widow Sakina A. A. who is taking care of her four orphans,  aged between (8-18) years,  following the death of her husband due to Corona Virus.

This lady lives with her orphans in her husband's family’s house in a simple room that lacks many basic requirements, which she cannot afford to buy due to her harsh financial situation. Her orphans continue with their studies despite her difficulties.

This family has no source of income other than the help they receive from kind benefactors, which is insufficient to cover their simple living needs.

This family needs:

• Ongoing orphan sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx. £15) per month for each orphan. (X4)
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £115) to buy a cooker
• A donation of 145,000 IQD (approx. £85) to buy a washing machine.
• A donation of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) to buy a heater.

Staff from the branch appeal to those with kind hearts to extend a helping hand to this lady, to help taking care of her orphans.
