Diabetic elderly lady needs urgent suport.
Staff from Basra Branch visited an elderly lady called, Sahira M.KH. She lives on her own in a slum house that is brokendown, and lacks the most basic necessities. The roof is dilapidated and does not protect her from the coldness and rain of winter, or the heat of summer.
Sahira suffers from diabetes and needs ongoing monthly treatment, but she does not have money to pay for it. She has no financial income other than a small benefit she receives from social welfare. This poor woman is suffering as a result of her difficult living conditions, and a life full of troubles. She needs someone to help her.
