Impoverished mother of 4 orphans in great need of help

Staff from Najaf Branch visited the family of the widow Sanaa H. A. This lady assumed responsibility for the care of her four orphans following the death of her husband. Her youngest child is 5 years old.  Some of the children attend school.

Sanaa lives with her orphans, in a single room in a slum area.  Charitable people donated a piece of land to her and her orphans, but she does not have the ability or money to build a dwelling for her family.

This family does not receive any social welfare support.  They rely on the financial support they receive from generous benefactors, but sadly this is not sufficient to meet their simple living needs. This family does not have the most basic means in life.

To help this family, they need:

• Ongoing orphan sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) per month for each orphan. (x4)
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a cooker.
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a washing machine.
• And/or ongoing family sponsorship of 50,000 (approx. £30) per month to secure the necessary family needs above through the program for providing supplies.

The staff of the branch appeal to charitable people to extend a helping hand to this widow and her orphans.
