Suffering widow appeals for support

Staff from Najaf Branch visited the widow Zainab F. R.   They learnt that she and her four children live in a rented house which costs 200,000 IQD (approx. £125) per month. The house lacks many important basic amenities.

The family’s severe destitution forced one of her orphans to leave school early to enter into work to provide for some of his family's needs.  Currently, Zainab does not receive any social welfare allowance, although she has submitted a application.  

This family needs:

• Ongoing orphan sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) per month for each orphan (x4).
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £125) to buy a cooker.
• A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £95) to buy an air cooler fan.
•  

The family appeals to all benevolent people with compassionate hearts to help them.
