Widow providing for orphans and extended family needs support.

Staff from the branch visited the widow Haneen A. M. and her family.  They discovered that this family survive under difficult living conditions. Haneen lives in a basic house which she inherited, along with her two minor orphans, her father, and her mother. The house lacks many necessary facilities.

The family does not have any financial income other than the help of the people of goodness and mercy.  Haneen has applied for social care support.

The widow suffers from rheumatism, and her father suffers from high blood pressure, diabetes, and a blockage in the coronary artery of the heart.  Haneen is battling to pay for the treatment costs and medications for her family.

This family is in dire need of:

• Ongoing orphan sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) per month for each orphan (X2)
• A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £90) to buy an air cooler fan.
• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a washing machine.

The staff of the branch hope that generous people will extend a helping hand to this family suffering life’s difficulties.
