Destitute family in need of your help

Najaf Branch staff visited Nidal A. A. and her family.  Nidal lives in a house she inherited, together with her ill husband and six daughters.  Their home is in a slum area.

The husband suffers from ‘kidney failure’ and cannot work because of his disease. The orphans continue with their studies despite the difficult living conditions. One of the daughters suffers from ‘asthma’ and another has thyroiditis, and needs treatment that costs 50,000 IQD (approx. £30).

The family does not have any fixed source of income to help them pay their way in life. The manage to survive with the help they receive from benevolent people. They resorted to seeking help from Najaf Branch in desperation.  They are appealing to benevolent people in the name of humanity to help them and extend a helping hand.

This family needs:

• A donation of 200,000 IQD (approx. £120) to provide treatments and medical reviews for the husband and daughter.
• A donation of 350,000 IQD (approx. £210) to buy a refrigerator.
• A donation of 150,000 IQD (approx. £90) to buy an air cooler fan.
• A donation of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) to buy a ceiling fan.
