Needy widow, unable to earn a living   

Bayaa Branch staff visited the family of the widow Rawaa M.   They found that she lives with her orphans in a small house that lacks the most basic needs.  Her husband died in front of his family following an electric shock.

This widow is no longer able to earn a living from sewing, due to her poor eyesight, the outcome from a previous eye operation that she had. Rawaa strives hard to provide for her children’s needs.

This widow needs:

• Ongoing scholar sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx. £15) per month for one of her orphans.
• A donation of 300,000 IQD (approx. £190) to work in “Al-Bayt Al-Iraqi products” project (making Kubba and pies).
• A donation of 250,000 IQD (approx. £155) to buy an air cooler fan.
• A donation of 350,000 IQD (approx. £220) to buy a refrigerator.

The staff and the widow appeal to the people of righteousness and charity to extend a helping hand to them.
