Staff from Bayaa Branch visited the family of the widow, Balqees N. They found that her house is made from iron sheets, and it lacks the most basic components for comfortable living. Balqees rents her house for an amount of 150,000 IQD (approx. £95) per month. This widow suffers from epileptic seizures. She does not have any medical records due to her poor financial condition. She had two sons, but lost one in a drowning accident. This left a psychological impact on his twin brother.
