Desperate mother appeals for help for her family
Basra staff visited Zainab A.S. and her family. They found that the family consists of seven members, the father, the mother, and their five children, some of whom are school students.
They live in a dilapidated house. It lacks the most basic and essential commodities, which they cannot afford due to their poverty. Their monthly is 100,000 IQD (approx. £60). This family does not have any financial income or social service allowance. They are reliant solely on the assistance of charitable people.
The father suffers from kidney failure. He requires dialysis twice a week. He suffers from several other diseases that cause him disability and suffocation. He needs several operations, but they endanger his life.
The family suffers from difficult and harsh living conditions. They need someone to stand with them and support them.
