Poor woman cries out to benefactors  

Staff from the branch visited the home of a needy mother, Furat H. K and her family

They found that the family consists of the mother, her mother and son. They live in a rented house costing 250.000 IQD (approx. £150).  The house lacks the most basic amenities, which the woman cannot afford due to poverty and the absence of any fixed source of income.  She is reliant on a small assistance from benefactors, which is not enough to meet the family's needs.

The family is in dire need for help.

To support this family, they need ...

- A donation of 100.000 IQD (approx. £60) to buy school supplies.

- A donation of 150.000 IQD (approx. £90) to buy a heater

- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £150) to pay the monthly rent.
