Widow appeals to people of charity for help

Among the field visits carried out by the Branch staff was a visit to the widow Zainab H, and her family. They found that following the death of her husband (due to Covid), she now lives in a small house with her two school attending orphans.

This family has no regular income.  They are reliant on donations and support from good hearted people. 

This family needs: 

- Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 25.000 IQD (approx. £15) for each orphan (x2)

- Ongoing monthly sponsorship of 50.000 IQD (approx. £30) towards supplying the family with electricity.

Staff from the branch and the family appeal to people of charity to extend a helping hand to them.
