Eid Al-Fitr - Distribution of Eid clothing to children

On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, Eid clothing was distributed to orphans, needy children and people with special needs registered with Sadr City Branch.

This was done under the supervision and participation of Mrs. Layla Hussein, member of the Management Commitee of Al-Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity, and responsible for Media, Public Relations and Management at the charity office in London

Over 100 children from families registered with Sadr City Branch received clothing through the generous donations received from benefactors’ response to the humanitarian campaigns launched by the charity.

Our thanks and appreciation to all donors for their continued generosity and support.  Thanks are also extended to the administrative body of Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity, spearheaded by Mr Abdul Sahib Shakiry, for their guidance, material and moral support in providing the best service to the Branches of Al-Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity.
