Sadr City Branch:

Visit by branch staff to the Iraqi Red Crescent Society 

Earlier this year, staff from Sadr City Branch visited the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, where they were received by Mr. Ahmed Al-Jubouri, Head of the Disaster Department. The delegation of the association was represented by Mr. Kareem Waheed, Public Relations Officer, Mr. Mustafa Mahdi, Branch Officer, and Ms. Israa Abdul Hussein.

The visit focused on introducing Al Shakiry Charity, its most important work programs, and the services it provides to broad segments of society, as well as finding possible ways and means for cooperation between Al-Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity and the Iraqi Red Crescent Society.

For his part, Mr. Ahmed Al-Jubouri welcomed the delegation from Al Shakiry Charity, and expressed his interest in our work and also expressed his great desire to cooperate with the association to facilitate the provision of services of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society to the needy families who benefit and are registered with Al-Shakiry Charity for Social Solidarity.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Al-Jubouri for his hospitality, reception and great cooperation with us, asking God to protect him and grant him success in all good things.
