Poor woman living in poverty appeals for help.

The Branch staff visited the family of the poor lady Israa J.A.  Since her separation  from her husband, she has been taking care of their four children - three daughters and a son. Some of the children are still in education and they need school supplies.

One of her children suffers from "epilepsy".  From time to time he has seizures and looses consciousness for several hours. He requires medical checkups and continuous treatment.

The family lives in a small room with the mother's family on the upper floor. The room lacks the most basic commodities, as she has no money to provide these for her children.

The family has no source of income or salary, except for a small subsidy which they receive from a kind hearted benefactor.  This is not enough to meet the needs of the children, including to provide for their schooling. 

To help this family, they need:

- A donation of 75.000 IQD (approx. £45) to purchase a water heater.

- A donation of 175.000 IQD (approx. £105) to buy a cooker.

- A donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £150) to buy a refrigerator.

We ask people of humanity and charity to extend a helping hand to this struggling family to help them overcome their hardship.
