Najaf Branch:
Family awareness seminar on the benefits of starting small projects
Najaf Branch recently held an awareness seminar for poor families registered with the branch. They highlighted the important outcomes each family could achieve by working from home or employing capable family members to start small projects to help meet their essential needs. The seminar was organized under the direction of senior management in London, namely Mr. Samir Al-Rikabi and Mrs. Layla Hussein.
Various project ideas were discussed, including opening small kiosks specialising in selling food products. This has seen a significant demand recently. Tailoring, and providing fabrics to meet specific requirements, as well as launching online pages for selling goods and household items, are other successful ideas.
Miss Nada Salam Musa attended the seminar to review a range of projects proposed by several beneficiaries and promised to assist them.
This seminar is part of a series of guidance seminars offered by staff to poor families registered with the Branch.
