A carer to three orphans appeals for help

The branch staff visited the family of the poor lady, Ithar F. N., who provides care to three orphans.

She and the orphans live in her brother's house in a small, dilapidated room lacking the most basic household necessities that she cannot provide due to her poor financial conditions. She does not have any source of income except for meagre assistance provided by kind people, which is not enough to meet their living expenses.

The orphans' family suffered a "fire incident," which led to the death of the father, mother, and two of their children.  Three children survived and are being cared for by their aunt, who has taken full responsibility for them in consideration of their deplorable situation. The children are still in full-time education and are in need of school supplies. Their aunt appeals to good-hearted beneficiaries to extend a helping hand.

To assist this family, they need:

• Orphan Sponsorship of 25,000 IQD (approx. £15) per orphan per month (x3)
• A Donation of 100,000 IQD (approx. £ 60) to buy bedding.
• A Donation of 200,00 IQD (approx. £120) to buy a washing machine.
• A Donation of 125,000 IQD (approx. £75) to buy a television screen.
